Architectural Review Committee Plan Approval Request
Pursuant to the current Forest Ridge Homeowners Association Covenants, architectural review approval is required previous to c onstruction described therein.
The attached should be submitted for approval by the Architectural Review Committee. The final approval may take one (1) month from the time a complete and properly prepared submittal has been received by the Committee.
