This website has been designed to facilitate communication between the residents, the Forest Ridge Estates Board of Directors and Management, as well as to allow residents an effective means of obtaining information about the neighborhood and the community.
Homeowner’s Association Meeting Schedule
Attention Forest Ridge Residents:
The meeting scheduled for tonight (March 16, 2026) is cancelled. Multiple board members are unable to attend due to disruptions from the weather conditions.
Please check the website at www.myforestridge.org for the rescheduled date. Tenatively, we are looking for a date in April. Thank you for your understanding.
The treasurer (Kevin Simecek) will still be at the library at 6:30pm this evening if you would like to address any issues in person. Unfortunately, we will not have a quorum to conduct business.

We are in need of volunteers. If you are interested in helping with the HOA, please attend and plan to briefly share about yourself. We hope to see you there.
