Welcome to the official website of the Forest Ridge Estates Homeowners Association.
This website has been designed to facilitate communication between the residents, the Forest Ridge Estates Board of Directors and Management, as well as to allow residents an effective means of obtaining information about the neighborhood and the community.

 Homeowner’s Association Meeting Schedule

The next upcoming FRHOA meeting will be March 10th, 2025. The meeting will be held at the Nippersink Public Library at 6:30pm. This will be our first FRHOA quarterly meeting for 2025.

Two positions will be up for vote. The position of President and Treasurer.

Of note, all residents are strongly encouraged to come to these meetings for awareness about our HOA and our Community.

We are in need of volunteers.  If you are interested in helping with the HOA, please attend and plan to briefly share about yourself.  We hope to see you there.
